In three months, you will learn what elite athletes, fighter pilots, and high-performance medical teams have long been training and applying: How to switch from stress to focus in seconds. How to achieve mental clarity before important decisions and build energy purposefully.

* Heart Rate Variability (HRV) is a scientifically validated indicator for the balance between tension and recovery in your nervous system. Through regular HRV measurements, you can recognize whether your body is recovering optimally and react early to overload. In coaching, you will learn to actively manage your resilience using validated methods such as biofeedback and targeted breathing and/or mental techniques. Research by the HeartMath Institute demonstrates the effectiveness of HRV training for stress reduction and improved decision-making.
