2. Types of data processed
In the context of coaching and consulting, I process the following data:
- Contact details (name, address, e-mail, telephone)
- Billing and payment information
- Communication content from e-mails, telephone calls and video conferences
- Health, genetic and epigenetic data
The collection of special categories of personal data (e.g. health data within the meaning of Art. 9 GDPR) takes place exclusively with your express consent and only to the extent that this is necessary for the performance of the booked service.
3. Purposes of data processing and legal bases
Data processing takes place for the fulfillment of the contract (Art. 6 para. 1 b GDPR) and, if applicable, on the basis of express consent (Art. 9 para. 2 a GDPR). And according to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c GDPR (legal storage obligations)
4. Disclosure to third parties and order processing
A transfer only takes place to:
- Microsoft Corporation (Microsoft Teams, 365) - Processor with AVV
- IT service provider/web hoster - Processor with AVV
- Certified laboratories (in the case of genetic tests) - independent responsible parties
- Financial authorities (in the event of a legal obligation)
5. Data transfer to third countries
If IT services (e.g. Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365) are used to provide services or communicate, personal data may be transferred to countries outside the European Union. These transfers only take place if there is an adequacy decision by the EU Commission or suitable guarantees in accordance with Art. 46 GDPR (in particular EU standard contractual clauses).
6. Storage period and deletion
The data will only be stored for as long as this is necessary for the execution of the contract or legal retention periods (e.g. tax and commercial law up to 10 years) exist. There is an internal deletion concept that ensures the regular review and timely deletion of personal data.
7. Data security
I use technical and organizational measures in accordance with Art. 32 GDPR to protect your data from unauthorized access, loss or misuse.
